Independence, built step by step.
VERISTAC works alongside young people and adults across NSW to build practical life skills, navigate the transitions that matter, and take a real part in community life — with digital confidence woven through all of it.
VERISTAC is a registered business name of IT Consulting Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 92 642 970 527). Our application to register as an NDIS provider is with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and is subject to an independent certification audit. We are not yet a registered NDIS provider and cannot deliver NDIS-funded supports until that process is complete.
Three supports. One purpose.
Everything we do is aimed at the same outcome — that you need us less next year than you do this year.
0106
Life-stage transition
The moments where support falls away and nobody tells you what happens next.
Leaving school. Turning eighteen. Moving out of the family home. Starting work, or stopping. We help you plan the change before it arrives, work out who needs to be involved, and stay steady while it happens.
- Planning and coordination through a change
- Connecting the services that need to talk to each other
- Practical preparation, not just paperwork
0117
Life skills development
The skills that decide how much of your own life you get to run.
Managing money and a budget. Using a phone, a bank app, a government portal. Catching public transport on your own. Cooking a meal you actually want to eat. We build these at your pace, in real settings, until they stick.
- Digital literacy and online safety
- Money, budgeting and everyday admin
- Travel training and independent living skills
0125
Community participation
Being out in the world, on your terms.
Joining a class, a club, a group, a gym. Volunteering. Going to the things you want to go to. We come with you while you need us to, and we step back as soon as you do not.
- Finding activities that actually suit you
- Support to attend, for as long as you need it
- Building the connections that outlast us
These are the NDIS registration groups covered by our application: 0106 Assist-Life Stage & Transition, 0117 Development-Life Skills, and 0125 Participate Community.
How it works
No jargon, no run-around, and nothing you have not agreed to.
You get in touch
Fill in the form below, or call. Tell us as much or as little as you want to. There is no cost and no obligation, and we will not put you on a mailing list.
We talk it through
A conversation — with you, and with whoever you want in the room. What is working, what is not, and what you actually want to be different. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
We agree what we will do
A written service agreement in plain language: what we will do, when, what it costs against your plan, and how you end it if you want to. Nothing starts before you have read it and said yes.
We start, and we review
Supports begin. We track progress against goals you set, not goals we set. We check in properly — and if it is not working, we change it.
A small provider, on purpose.
VERISTAC is new. We are not going to pretend otherwise, and we are not going to show you stock photos of people we have never met or testimonials from participants we do not have.
We are building deliberately small, so that the person you speak to is the person who shows up. Our quality system, our incident reporting, our complaints process and our participant records were all built before we took on a single participant — because the time to get that right is before, not after.

Make an enquiry
Tell us what you are looking for. We will get back to you within two business days.
We are not yet registered. Our certification audit is underway. Enquiring now means we can talk properly about whether we are a fit, and be ready to start the moment registration is granted.
If you need support today, the NDIS Commission maintains a list of registered providers who can help you now.

Frequently asked questions
If yours is not here, email info@veristac.au and we will answer it.
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Not yet. Our application is with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and we are going through an independent certification audit. Until that is granted we cannot deliver NDIS-funded supports. We will say so plainly here the day it changes.
So why would I contact you now?
Because the conversation takes time and the audit takes months. Enquiring now means we can work out whether we are a fit, and be ready to start the day registration is granted — rather than starting from zero.
Who will actually support me?
VERISTAC is deliberately small, so the person who answers your enquiry is the person who shows up. If that ever changes, we will tell you before it does.
What does "digital confidence" actually mean?
Practical things. Setting up and safely using a bank app. Getting into MyGov without dread. Knowing what a scam text looks like. Using a phone to catch a bus, order a shop, or stay in touch with people. Independence increasingly runs through a screen, and we treat that as a life skill like any other.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Epping and work across NSW. Whether we can reach you depends on travel time and the supports involved — ask us and we will give you a straight answer.
Do you support children?
We support people aged 7 and up. Everyone delivering supports holds a current NSW Working With Children Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
How do you handle complaints?
You can raise anything with us directly and we will acknowledge it within one business day. You can also go straight to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 at any time, without telling us first — and nothing about your supports will change because you did.
What will it cost?
Supports are charged against your NDIS plan at or below the NDIS Price Guide limits. You will get a written service agreement setting out exactly what you are paying for before anything begins.
What if you are not the right fit?
Then we will tell you, and where we can we will point you toward someone better suited. That is a better outcome for you than a service agreement that does not work.
